Spiritual Advising
Spiritual advising is possible when an individual is positioned at an opening of a new experience with a former one closing. It is the shedding of the ego, it is remembrance, it is the Source manifesting a presence on this physical plane via (emanating from) the physical body. It can be difficult to initially welcome or allow this Source to preside in our physical environment and this may bring challenges that are discussed and reflected upon. We may be holding onto specific behaviors, thoughts, and actions that are familiar to us and bring us comfort but that may be preventing us from fully aligning with our Ultimate truth or Source.

Guided meditations are uniquely designed and constructed for you based on your healing needs. The power to heal is within you, and the language to access the Source within you is unique to the individual. Sessions are only available in person.

Reiki
Reiki refers to the channeling of healing energy from the practitioner to the individual. The practitioner does not possess healing energy but serves as a channel or conduit of healing energy. Whether your healing needs are emotional or physical in nature, sessions can be tailored to you individually. The intention of my practice is to help you release the walls or blockages that are preventing you from healing, growing, or understanding. If you are not familiar with reiki, spend time researching the topic and be ready to share what you are seeking exactly from reiki.
