I have been practicing Reiki, guided meditations, and spiritual advising for over 19 years. No matter where I am on my life’s journey, I have assisted family and friends with these practices. I have recently come to realize that I needed to take on these practices more consistently and steadily on this physical plane. It is for this reason that I decided to create this website, to reach beyond loved ones and assist more people on their own life’s journey. These practices are not unique to me, each Lightworker has their own or several ways to foster a reconnection or remembrance to the Source. I have worked to attune and listen more clearly to the Source through yoga and meditation. I thank you for the invitation to assist you with your reconnection to the Source.
